My real estate company is Market Your Home Team at Realty Group Inc. Forest Lake. MN. (Formally Keller Williams) As a professional realtor, I daily assist my clients in selling, buying, or investing in real estate. My goal is to be your "Trusted Real Estate Agent for Life".
I am committed to serving my community of Centerville, Hugo and Lino Lakes as well as the greater surrounding areas of the twin cities of Minnesota. I personally serve in my community and donate 5% of my net commission to Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, Hugo Chapter. This is a non-profit organization helping our local military families in need.
I am a long-time business owner specializing in real estate sales and former licensed real estate appraiser. I’ve been licensed as a professional Realtor for 18 years now. I’ve been with Keller Williams for the past 6 years.
My special interest area is in the senior population and the downsizing process or transitional housing they face. I have owned and operated long term senior living facilities as well as a memory care facility prior to coming to Keller Williams full-time in 2011. Together my focus is on our seniors’ population housing challenges and needs. My specific Senior Advantage Program gives seniors and families the comfort knowing all of thier housing needs will be taken care of.
I was born and raised in St. Paul, MN in the east-side area. I graduated from Johnson Sr. High in 1982, and I am now living in Lino Lakes, MN. Just north of Centerville, MN. I’m married to my beautiful wife, Susan. Even though we have no children, we have 3 wonderful english field springer spaniels and we both have a passionate hobby of raising and training these wonderful dogs for hunt test competitions and overall hunting.

I will provide you with my real estate market expertise. I study the real estate market daily. I visit more than a hundred homes each month, and I analyze the market data to provide you the most up-to-date, accurate information so you can stay ahead of the competition.
I have successfully negotiated 98 percent of closed sales since I have worked as a real estate professional. I have completed sales of transaction in residential and business real estate in amounts as high as $1,900.000 in a given transaction and successfully reached 96 percent of my suggested listing price. My background in business has given me the edge in business negotiations as well as with county, state and local government entities. I've managed over 30 employees at any given time while in business. I know people and the importance of personal family needs and goals. I bring this experience to my clients everyday.
